Concordia University is proud to be a source of COVID-19 vaccinations, including both Moderna and Pfizer Bivalent Booster doses and the Pfizer initial primary series. The bivalent booster is formulated to cover both the original strain of COVID-19 as well as the current Omicron strain of the virus, BA.4/BA.5. You do not need to be associated with Concordia University to sign up on this page. We have a team of experienced healthcare providers from medicine, pharmacy, and nursing who look forward to serving you. Concordia does not anticipate stocking the Pfizer Bivalent Booster for ages 5-11 years old. If this is a vaccine you are interested in, please talk to your usual healthcare provider.

The first step in signing up to receive a vaccine at Concordia is to enter below the age of the person who you wish to have vaccinated.
